Anya Garibashvily is a senior at the University of Central Florida. She is studying to complete her Bachelor of Arts in Media Production & Management and is on the production track. She is also minoring in Cinema Studies and has a certificate in Leadership Studies.

She has been drawing since early childhood, but took illustration seriously starting her sophomore year of high school when she joined the graphics staff of the school’s student-led newspaper, the Torch. On top of illustration, she was tasked with taking photos to accompany articles. Her love of working with the camera translated into her work in broadcasting, where her senior year she was named executive producer.

Now, she continues drawing and taking photos, but her focus is now on video. She currently holds the Executive Producer position at the Hitting the Field Network, a student-led sports network at UCF. Through HTFN, Garibashvily has had the opportunity to routinely create packages for UCF Pregame Shows on ESPN+ and work productions for UCA/UDA and MLV. She previously produced Girls Got Game for 2 seasons and was Assistant Producer for Bets 2 seasons as well.
